As an Analyst - Transportation, you will be responsible for providing analytical support for transportation programs including small package, LTL, private fleet, dedicated, international, courier, truckload, rail or expedited. You will also support government regulatory agencies, auxiliary programs such as car allowance reimbursement, freight audit and payment, and supply chain analytics.
Responsibilities
- Assist to develop, negotiate, and administer national programs for specific modes, including small package, LTL, private fleet, dedicated, international, courier, truckload, rail and expedited.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Analyze and improve mode-specific service and expense metrics.
- Create and maintain appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting.
- Provide specific analysis on transportation or supply chain initiatives.
