Must Haves for NSF Collector
- Fully bilingual (French & English)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- 1-2 years of experience with: Credit/Collections management, Strong customer service (client-facing), Administrative task, Call centre environment, Account Receivable.
Must Haves for Funding Specialist
- Fully bilingual (English & French)
- 1-3 years of experience or understanding on financial systems
- Attention to detail
- Money is coming in from various companies.
- Confidence
- Stakeholder management—both internal and external
- Previous experience working with money and reconciliation experience
Must Haves for KYC Analyst
- Fully bilingual (French & English)
