Job Description

Implementation Analysts serve as the business/technical SME for Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. They gather requirements, author BRDs/FRDs, design solutions, and configure platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements Banking and Cards & Payments domain knowledge. Experience with item processing, print & mail, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, and return items. Capture channels: branch, teller, distributed, merchant, mobile, ATM image deposit (capture, balancing, exceptions). Duplicate detection configuration; deposit lifecycle management. Business analysis: requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, solution design, gap/impact/risk assessment, traceability & change management.
