Job Overview

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular Full‑Time Analyst, SAP Business Systems III Human Resources to join the IT Internal Customer Experience team within the Digital Solutions and Technology Division. The role is based in Ottawa and will work in a hybrid environment, with an anticipated onsite presence of at least 40% of the work week.

Responsibilities

• Provide third‑level support for SAP ECC and SuccessFactors HR systems, including troubleshooting, data analysis, and resolution of user requests.
• Assess and review client requirements for SAP HR system changes, participate in requirement review meetings, and translate needs into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP using the IMG, including pay scale, organization management, infotypes, benefit enrollment, LSMW, dynamic actions, and integration points.
