Responsibilities

• Create and maintain initiatives in the Grow Us Program in the Latam region to achieve solid curriculum and measurable targets.
• Develop senior‑level presentations for short‑term plans.
• Align strategy and coordinate product & sales engagement teams to enrich curriculum in Grow Us in Latam.
• Support strategic communication processes in line with Sales Enablement objectives.
• Support the execution of the regional Latam NPS (internal and external) plan and track and report current‑year progress.
• Enrich Latam coaching processes across the region in KAM and leadership.
• Build content (leveraging IT platforms) to support a variety of enablement processes and components, and create high‑visibility, high‑stakes materials involving sales engagement and solutions internal stakeholders.
