Description
The Resource Planning Analyst is responsible for overseeing short- and long-term pilot and crew staffing planning by providing efficient and cost-effective crew solutions. The incumbent will ensure crew availability precisely meets daily operational requirements by performing in-depth data analysis of scheduled flight hours, uplift requirements, cabin crew obligations, crew availability and leave. The role also supports planning requirements for Air Canada Rouge flights.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex manipulations and in-depth schedule analyses to support staffing requirements and determine optimal allocation of cabin crew bases.
- Maintain staffing models to ensure alignment with commercial, operational and business needs.
