Analyst, Recruiting Operations & Talent Source

Overview:
STATEMENT:
This position will be supporting recruiting operations activities and sourcing activities.
Also, will support on projects that are part of Process Improvement of the Acquisition Center and other activities such as process documentation and communication templates.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support with references and background check activities.
- Support with the recruiting report, metrics and KPIs dashboard.
- Support the other recruiters with the administrative activities of the recruitment process.
- Proactive Recruiting
- Support on the internal audits.
- Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- Posting job positions (when necessary).
- Scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Application of psychometric tests.
