Analyst Receivables Management

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As the Analyst, Receivables Management, you willensurethe timely collection of all amounts due under customer contracts and tariffs while maintaining a strong client relationship. This involves utilizing the Collection Escalation Process to include letters and phone calls, while at the same time addressing customer disputes, concerns or inquiries.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Timely monitoringand collecting of past due receivables; maintaining confidentiality while protecting CPKC’s financial position
• Investigates, validatesand resolves account discrepancies/disputes, by working with both CPKC’s internal & external customers
• Builds and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strategically manages multiple escalated accounts in addition to a non-escalated portfolio
