About the role

The Market Management Prudentials team’s primary functions are to ensure market participants meet their prudential obligations in accordance with the National Electricity Rules and National Gas Rules (Rules), monitor the financial position of all market participants in the east coast gas markets and National Electricity Market, and execute clearing of these markets in line with the relevant Rules. You will use your analytical skills and operational knowledge to conduct complex operational processes using AEMO’s market systems in compliance with relevant regulations, rules and procedures and use sophisticated analytical skills to contribute to ongoing market enhancement and process improvement projects activities. You’ll provide high quality stakeholder support and establish excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
