The Analyst, Production Planning is responsible for balancing and optimizing supply planning to meet demand, providing input to define and implement supply planning processes, determining priorities, and supporting the creation of MRP for sourcing of materials, DRP, MPS, driving process improvements and leading supply reviews.
Responsibilities
- Supports generation of planned requirements using demand signals, on‑hand inventory, and inventory targets to deliver a comprehensive network supply plan.
- Utilizes data analytics to identify and recommend process improvements for a defined product portfolio.
- Recommends changes to the network supply plan over the planning horizon, governed through S&OE and S&OP processes.
- Communicates with demand planners, customer management, production planning, sales, and finance to provide replenishment plans and exception‑based reporting.
- Recommends actions to meet actual and forecasted demand.
