Job Purpose Support senior leadership, including the CEO, within the CEO Office function, in driving effective decision-making and governance by structuring key topics, orchestrating executive forums, and ensuring alignment and follow-through on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and coordinate key governance forums (e.g., ExCom, EMT, Board), ensuring clear agendas aligned with business priorities
- Consolidate, synthesize, and frame strategic topics for senior leadership review
- Develop high-quality materials outlining options, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Track key decisions and ensure effective follow-up and execution discipline across functions
- Maintain visibility on strategic initiatives and proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignment
