Responsibilities
- Monitors successful activations of AMI meters
- Registration of metering communication devices (i.e. DCUs, Repeaters, Gateways)
- Perform AMI operations related task (i.e. remote disconnection/reconnection via HES, adjustment of load threshold
- Analysis of AMI data points to generate insights for optimization activities
- Provision of assistance to management and organization (i.e. resolution of process / technical / system concerns, conduct of special studies/analysis/investigations, support to implementation of enterprise projects, handling of transactional/system related inquiries, facilitation of process and systems trainings and preparation of reference materials, etc.)
- Preparation and communication of various technical and performance related reports
- Passed Analyst exam
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
