Analyst – Operational Reporting Enablement

Overview

Interpret the data from the user interface of the different source systems and how it translates into the backend database. Build strong relationships with Claims, Policy and Finance teams to enable their operational reporting and analytics needs. Help design and provide requirements for new or enhanced operational reporting data, analytics, and supporting reporting solutions. Monitor and ensure data quality of curated operational reporting data sets using validation, reconciliation, and audit-support methods. Be heavily involved in testing of newly integrated data sources and/or environments. Develop and improve SAS/SQL programs to perform various complex analyses. Analyze change requests in the source systems or projects, assess their impact on operational reporting data layers and downstream reporting.
