Analyst, IT Operations (Guerrero)

To support our extraordinary teams, we’re looking to add a Senior Database Administrator at our North Campus in Guadalajara. Reporting to the Manager IT, you will provide expert support for SQL Server databases while designing and implementing tools and scripts that optimize and automate database operations.

A typical day looks like:

• Manage and maintain SQL Server instances across test and production environments.
• Perform proactive and reactive performance monitoring, identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize queries, and fine-tune database parameters.
• Act as an L3 escalation point for complex database issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions, including on-call support.
• Coordinate and plan changes (installations, upgrades, migrations) following company change control processes.
