JOB SCOPE
Investment Analyst performs intermediate to advanced level analytical, financial and operational activities related to proposed deals and to existing investments. Assists the head of the departments in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, closing, monitoring and exiting investments. As well as lead research activities and formulation of the corporate strategy at Imkan’s group level.
Key Responsibilities- Support screening and preliminary analysis of new investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis).
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda and internal presentations.
- Conduct market research on real estate sectors, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Support due diligence processes (financial, commercial, and operational review).
