Role: Analyst – Implementation
Location: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City
The Implementation Analyst serves as the business/technical SME for Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, authoring BRDs/FRDs, designing solutions, and configuring platforms.
Must Have Skills
- Banking, Cards & Payments domain knowledge
- Experience with item processing, print & mail, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, return items
- Capture channels: branch, teller, distributed, merchant, mobile, ATM image deposit (capture, balancing, exceptions)
- Duplicate detection configuration; deposit lifecycle management
- Business analysis: requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, solution design, gap/impact/risk assessment, traceability & change management
