Job Summary:
You will directly contribute to the vision, approach, and all aspects of our Technology PMO that spans across our Technology organization to ensure we provide the best user experience possible. You should have a blend of technical acumen, the ability to challenge the status quo, and influence organizational leadership to keep the user at the center of all we do as an organization. You will represent our team members’ perspective to ensure their needs and expectations are addressed. You’ll help to develop a roadmap that defines our goals and desired outcomes that will help position individuals and teams to thrive and make Tyson an innovative and rewarding place to work.
