The Analyst, Global Benefits job assists in the benchmarking, design and communication of the organization's benefits programs. Working under limited supervision, this job helps to administer employee benefit offerings in adherence to related regulations.

+ Assists in drafting benefit program designs, ensuring the new programs meet both internal equity standards and external market competitiveness.
+ Drafts reports on external market benchmarking, benefits utilization and cost analysis.
