Responsibilities

• Analyze shipping estimates vs. actual costs and supply reporting to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Perform analyses on problems and anomalies reported by operational teams, propose solutions and make corrections.
• Act as a subject matter expert and resource person at head office for the company's support functions.
• Drive compliance with final‑mile carriers through spend analysis to facilitate cost recovery.
• Identify non‑compliant vendors through reporting.
• Provide supply analytics on claim history to drive process improvements, cost efficiency and customer experience.
