Analyst, External Workforce Management

Purpose

The Analyst, External Workforce Management contributes to external workforce contracts execution, invoice management, and/or pool management activities, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. All activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

The role includes reviewing and validating contracts, time reporting periods, commercials, funding sources, and processing contracts. It may also manage invoice receipt, verification, preparation of data from time reporting and Contract Management systems, validation, approval lifecycle, tracking to payment, and/or pool management activities.
