Analyst ETF Validation (Laval)

Two positions are to be filled, one in Montreal and one in Toronto. Knowledge of French is required for the Montreal location.

Overview

A career as an Analyst – Validation of Exchange‑traded Funds in the ETFs & specialised Operations team at National Bank means playing a key role in securing daily ETFs deliverables, particularly at the end of the operational cycle.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in validating exchange‑traded funds, with a focus on end‑of‑day controls.
• Perform in‑depth validation of PCFs, assessments and critical data from ETFs.
• Analyze complex events and positions (derivatives, corporate operations, late adjustments).
• Manage and follow up on exceptions that occur at the end of the day.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the completeness and quality of deliverables.
