Analyst – Development Technology and Product Solutions

As the Integration Analyst , you will be responsible for supporting the Catalyst operations and technology teams in maintaining and evolving the firm’s system integrations and automation infrastructure. You will play an important role in monitoring live integrations, resolving data flow failures, contributing to process automation within Azure, and maintaining technical documentation for existing connections. The position requires working knowledge of REST APIs, corporate file transfer protocols, and programming logic in SQL and C#. You are expected to actively leverage AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and support day-to-day problem solving. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients on technical requests, translating operational requirements into practical integration solutions.
