Responsibilities

Responsible for high volume of requests, including complex requests requiring research, review tariff schedules, explanatory notes, rulings and engaging stakeholders as necessary and within timelines

Assisting and providing guidance to our Customs Broker(s) and engage internal stakeholders to ensure our imports and exports are timely, efficient, and compliant with respect to the regulations of countries involved and internal policies

Responsible for reviewing Machine, Repair & Overhaul product descriptions, end use of purchased goods, determining Harmonized System code, confirming origin, determining qualification of goods under Free Trade Agreements, identifying the amount of any significant duties, End Use program, countermeasures surcharges, and anti-dumping and countervailing duties

Prepare export and import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of orders
