What You'll Be Doing
As an Analyst you will provide a broad range of analytical and research support to all professionals within the Financial Institutions & Public Sector Lending group of CIBC Corporate Banking. You will be involved with a variety of client transactions that expose you to loan origination, deal structuring and execution, working closely with senior partners to support large corporate client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial statement and credit analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, industry research and assist in preparing credit narratives, presentation materials and client pitch books.
- Perform in‑depth company, industry and portfolio analysis to support credit relationships for a portfolio of clients.
- Provide lending recommendations based on sound, timely and well‑communicated analysis.
