What is the opportunity?

Corporate Banking plays a key role in the realization of RBC Capital Markets’ objectives through the structuring, syndication, and management of bank debt for a targeted customer base in the energy sector. In addition, Corporate Banking reinforces existing non-lending business by initiating, coordinating, and cross-selling a full suite of products and capabilities alongside our partners in Global Investment Banking and Global Markets. Through this effort, Corporate Banking is focused on positioning RBC Capital Markets to win business across a full suite of products and services.

What will you do?

• Assist in the preparation of internal credit submissions, including company, industry, and financial analysis and modeling, and other documentation related to the transaction approval process.
