Global Sanctions is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective, risk-based enterprise-wide sanctions program.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing enterprise minimum standards for sanctions, PEP, and risk list compliance
- Overseeing effective sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons, and risk list screening processes
- Conducting an enterprise-wide Sanctions Risk Assessment
- Developing and providing sanctions and PEP training
- Providing reporting and Key Risk Indicators
- Advising on acquisitions and new product development
- Leading program development and issue resolution, and advising management on regulatory changes
- Support the enterprise screening tool, performing technical requirement changes
- Provide platform access management support
- Provide platform support for internal/external audit and exam activities
