Position Summary
This Compliance Analyst role supports the enhancement of Compliance’s policy and governance programs, providing oversight and reporting for policy and governance workstreams.
Principal Responsibilities
- Create relevant reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring completeness and accuracy in reports.
- Create and manage the team’s Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.
- Execute controls by understanding end‑to‑end processes to support effective control and governance activities.
- Assist senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs.
- Recognize what “good” vs. “weak” practices look like, escalat(e) issues appropriately, and document observations clearly, even when acting under supervision.
