Analyst, Compliance

This Compliance Analyst role is responsible for supporting the enhancement of Compliance’s policy and governance programs, providing oversight and reporting related to policy and governance workstreams.

Principal Responsibilities

• Create relevant reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring completeness and accuracy in reports.
• Maintain the team’s Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.
• Execute controls by understanding end‑to‑end processes to support effective control and governance activities.
• Assist senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs.
• Identify good versus weak practices, escalating issues appropriately, and documenting observations clearly, even when acting under supervision.
• Operate with the support of experienced staff and senior management while developing into a subject matter expert for policy and governance matters.
