Key Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue streams, and profitability metrics to support business decisions.
- Ensure Trinity data is up to date, capturing changes to compensation structures and employee movement between accounts.
- Prepare and track staffing / FTEs report vs. contracts and budgets.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for Retainer Clients.
- Setting up and maintaining all product codes in MediaOcean.
- Leading the client billing process for clients with FTE allocation for this role or with billings over $5M by adding Q&A to initial and final budget control report for billing.
- Sending the final client facing budget control report to the client (where applicable).
- Reviewing unbilled media and Work in Progress Report and providing comments at month end while minimizing the unbilled media and ensuring Work in Progress Report items are cleared.
