Analyst, Canadian Securities Settlements (12-Month Contract)

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract position.

Overview

As a Settlements Analyst, you will be responsible for settlement processing of CAD and USD equity trades, while providing professional, attentive and accurate service to our customers. You will respond to clients by identifying needs and demonstrating the four essentials of client care at all times, ensuring clients receive optimal service at a level that meets their needs.

Responsibilities

• Process CDS and DTC settlement functions
• Balance/reconcile positions, entries, and accounts accurately and on a timely basis
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Update databases accurately daily
• Prepare accurate, timely and compliant documents/reports
• Work with other departments or platforms to reconcile portfolios, investigate daily trades, or process transactions
