Analyst Business Requirement Testing & Operations - G&E

**Role Purpose**

Responsible for developing and documenting detailed business requirements and supporting documentation for new initiatives and enhancements to existing functionality in assigned IHG applications. Partner with stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle to support planning, testing, feedback, and implementation activities for assigned initiatives.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, business cases, and supporting documentation for Global Sales & Groups & Events product initiatives.
