Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Benefit Consultants with client management requirements, focusing on retention of the assigned book of business and support with business‑development activities.
  • Perform financial analysis of insurance data and cost modelling.
  • Prepare financial analysis reports and presentations that communicate key results to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships and participate in negotiations with insurers and partners.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and insurers.
  • Participate in calls and presentations with clients, as appropriate.
  • Help develop strategic recommendations for clients and participate in the development of new business.
  • Take initiative in developing internal processes and tools.
