- Assist Benefit Consultants with client management requirements, focusing on retention of the assigned book of business and support with business‑development activities.
- Perform financial analysis of insurance data and cost modelling.
- Prepare financial analysis reports and presentations that communicate key results to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships and participate in negotiations with insurers and partners.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and insurers.
- Participate in calls and presentations with clients, as appropriate.
