About the Role
The Raine Group, a leading integral merchant bank founded in 2009, specializes in advisory and principal investments in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors. With headquarters in New York and offices worldwide, it has a team of 200 professionals and is expanding its presence in Spain.
The firm is looking for a Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to join the Barcelona office. The role involves working closely with senior bankers and corporate clients across Raine’s core sectors to support the execution of strategic transactions, including M&A, capital raises, and other strategic advisory mandates.
The candidate will gain exposure to live deal execution, financial analysis, and client engagement in a dynamic, international environment, with a focus on Interactive Entertainment / Gaming within the TMT sectors.
