About the Role

The Analyst, Asset Management will support operating teams in a collaborative effort to maximize asset values and investment returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the asset management team, including accurate and consistent reporting.
• Engage with internal business groups on asset management initiatives across office, retail, industrial and multi‑residential asset classes.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on operational and development activities.
• Synthesize data and work with regional office teams to gather, verify and summarize property and market‑level activity, trends and statistics.
• Maintain cash flow and Argus valuation models for budgeting, lease analysis, capital expenditures, etc.
