About The Role
The Analyst, Asset Management, will support operating teams in a collaborative effort to maximize asset values and investment returns. This role will provide analytical support to the asset management team, including accurate and consistent reporting while also engaging with internal business groups on various asset management initiatives across office, retail, industrial and multi-residential asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on operational and development activities, synthesizing various data and working with regional office teams to gather, verify and summarize property and market-level activity, trends and statistics.
- Maintain cash flow and Argus valuation models for various purposes, such as setting budgets, analyzing lease transactions, capital expenditures, etc.
