Analyst, Asset Management (PERE)

• Support the Asset Management team with asset performance tracking, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, lease reviews, and market research.
• Prepare management updates.
• Monitor operational and leasing metrics.
• Support valuation and investment initiatives.
• Coordinate with property managers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset value, improve portfolio performance, and support strategic decision‑making across the platform.
