In this role, you support the implementation of real estate strategies across Covivio's Southern European portfolio from Madrid. You will work on both operational and strategic management, collaborating with local teams and hotel operators to optimize asset performance and value. The role involves financial modeling, market analysis, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You will help shape investment decisions, budgets, and business plans within a dynamic hospitality real estate environment.
