Covivio’s Hotels Division is looking for an Analyst for Asset Management and Development based in Madrid, Spain, starting ASAP.
As part of the Asset & Development Management team, based in Madrid, you will support the implementation of real estate strategies across our Southern European portfolio. You will be involved in both operational and strategic management, working closely with local teams, hotel operators and the Group’s Hotel Management.
Asset Management
- Monitor hotel operational performance: monthly reviews, KPIs, P&L analysis, market and competitor benchmarking.
- Track the technical condition of the assets and coordinate with the technical team on capex planning.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and business plans.
- Coordinate with hotel operators, internal teams (finance, legal, technical), and external service providers.
