Analyst Accounts Payables – The Accounts Payable Analyst manages payment‑related activities within their respective area in the accounts payable function, ensuring compliance with relevant SLAs, KPIs, internal and external laws, policies, and procedures. The role reports directly to the Manager Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing and reporting activities for accounts payable.
• Ensure accurate income tax and sales tax withholding from payments.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs in the payable area, especially related to balance‑sheet quality assurance and analysis.
• Prepare accounts payable reporting and aging analyses.
• Manage foreign imports and services transactions, including import certificates (ICs) and letters of credit (LCs).
