Overview
Mainly daily functions, which are not limited to: Properly performs the GL Accounting records for the entities/business units assigned of the North America and Mexico region, and in accordance with Company's Policies and Local and US GAAP Accounting frameworks; prepares proper and timely reconciliation of Accounting Templates for the North America and Mexico region.
Supports on generating information requested by Corporate; supports on Internal and External Audit requirements.
Detailed Responsibilities
Properly record the Journal Accounting entries assigned by the supervisor.
Preparation of Accounting Reconciliations.
Follow up on reconciling items within the Accounting reconciliations.
Adhere to established SLA to ensure deadlines are met.
Support on preparation of reports and information requested by Corporate and deliver them in a timely manner in accordance with a calendar.
