Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the performance and continuous improvement of R&D programs.
• Manage the financial aspects and key performance indicators (KPIs) of R&D programs.
• Prepare presentations for the product review board (PRB) and the program authorization board (PAB).
• Advise and mentor management and operational teams on financial matters.
• Collaborate with specialized financial teams for comprehensive program analysis.
• Support risk and opportunity evaluations with the program manager.
• Provide accurate data for R&D budgeting processes.
