Responsibilities
- Support AP month-end close and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare journal entries and assist in audit documentation.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies and controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Follow up with suppliers
- Corporate – Company/vendor compliance locally
- Banks
- Prepare information for monthly provisional payments – Taxes
- Accounts payable
- Handle local audits
- AP and bank reconciliations
Minimum Qualifications
- Intermediate Excel – Pivots, etc. • bachelor's in accounting
- Experience in Accounts payable
