Lean Solutions Group is looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.
IMPORTANT: This position requires an advanced level of English. Non‑bilingual candidates will not be considered.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building dashboards, analyzing trends, and supporting business decisions across the organization.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles
- Experience with Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ required)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Data Lakes
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
