Primarily responsible for the input, maintenance, and accuracy of the Configuration Management systems.

• Develop & maintain configuration models based on paper order form, ENG spec sheets, engineering matrices, configuration No-Go's, pricing, BOM structure.
• Testing models for go live to internal/external customers.
• Develop the configured BOM for new products as the primary documentation that supports the construction of the Configurator.
• Responsible for extensive ERP functions – Item Master/ Branch Plant, Bill of Materials and areas associated with Configuration Management.
• Review and implement DCN's.
• Open/close part numbers, set up prompt features for Customer Service and Product Management.
• Investigate and correct part number issues & qty's for backflushing and BOM issues.
