Responsibilities and assignments

• Control, consolidate and report purchase orders costs on a daily basis.
• Timely approve costs such as travel request and expense request on demand.
• Control and report MT400 costs on a monthly basis.
• Calculate and report accurate timesheet and position rate on a monthly basis.
• Elaborate and consolidate all information linked to the budget.
• Control and report accurate revenue and cost past information.
• Ensure and report accurate revenue and cost forecast.
• Elaborate the cost report on a monthly basis.
