Analista de Control de Inventarios

This position is responsible for monitoring thta sound inventory control practices are maintained in the stockroom and in general in the plants. These practices include auditing processes like receiving, production reporting, inventory adjustments, materials isuing, outside proccessing, model change coordination and MRB reviews, to ensure these processes produce reliable iventory records accuracy. His / Her responsability is to provide management with data driven summarized reports thtya support effective decision making.
- Administers the daily cycle count program. Make sure a leveled work laod for each cycle counter is generated, and that planned and actual counts reamin in balance.
- Analyze variances and look for root cause for problam solving.
- Monitors high value items for rational procurement and inventory integrity practices. prepares recommendations to resolve weak practices.
