As a Compliance Analyst you will support global ethics and compliance activities and programs throughout the region, with special emphasis on communications, training, data extraction, and presentation of area analyses and indicators.You will report to Compliance Manager**Key Responsibilities**- Support the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks, establishing standards of conduct.
- Prepare materials that communicate our ethical standards, policies, and regulations adapted to the different countries and the nature of each site in the region.
- Support or deliver training programs for employees on ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, among others.
- Produce reports on compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, results, and remediation of any non-compliant actions.
