Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance activities. The role requires ensuring accurate payroll administration, adherence to labor laws, statutory filings, and compliance requirements applicable to manufacturing and aerospace/defence operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll for employees, workers, and contractual staff.
• Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data.
• Verify payroll inputs, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and bonuses.
• Generate salary statements, payslips, payroll reports, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
• Handle full and final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and separation payroll.
