What You'll Do
Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution, adherence to schedules and takt time, and resolution of performance gaps through structured problem‐solving
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5S), conducting Gemba walks, and driving root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions
Develop and lead high‐performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders, fostering accountability and engagement, and building a strong frontline talent pipeline
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance excellence while delivering consistent SQDCM targets, zero safety incidents, reduced defects and scrap, and a stable, high‐performing production environment
What Is Required
