Americas Payroll Specialist - Precise & Compliant

AECO is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day payroll for the Americas region from Manila. You will process payroll activities accurately, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance with SLAs and HR processes.

The role involves handling high-volume payroll, using major payroll systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in payroll, strong English communication, and solid MS Office skills.
